The kit was good, and I liked the option to add an orange LED to the ascent stage, though I changed some things: I linked each component with wireless power connectors, making it easier to display the separated parts and, having swapped the rather disappointing Lego astronauts for custom minifigures, added an LED to the cabin.
Apollo 11 would not be complete without it.

Enjoyed the setup a lot, plenty of empty space inside to hide the wires and the battery packs are great for keeping the parts separate.
This set was very easy to install. The lights are very simple but make the model stand out without being overwhelming.
Fits in really well with the other space sets.
