Q. How long will shipping take during Black Friday?
A. Our team is working extra hard to get every Black Friday order out as quickly as possible. We have added more hands to our fulfilment team to keep things moving fast, but due to the high volume of orders, dispatch times may take a little longer than usual.
Instead of our regular 1–2 business day dispatch, please allow up to 5–7 business days for your order to be sent during this busy period.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we make sure every order is packed with care and sent your way as soon as possible.
Q. When does the Sale end?
A. We haven’t locked in the exact end date just yet, so if you’ve got your eye on a light kit, bundle, or component, it’s best to grab it while you can.
Stock is selling quickly, and once it's sold out, it may not be restocked before the sale ends. So don’t hesitate.
Q. What if I want to buy something and it’s out of stock?
A. We are doing our best to keep all products available during the Black Friday sale, but some popular items may sell out quickly. If there’s a kit or component you really want, we recommend ordering early while stock lasts. If the item you’re after is already out of stock, simply contact our support team. They’ll let you know when it’s expected back or help you find the best alternative right away.
Q. What if I want to return an item bought from the Black Friday Sale?
A. Our regular return policy still applies to items purchased during the Black Friday Sale. However, please note that final sale or clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Q. Can I use a discount code or my VOLT rewards during the Black Friday Sale?
A. The Black Friday Sale already includes sitewide discounts, so there’s no need for additional discount codes. During this period, extra discounts or reward stacking won’t apply, as all prices are already reduced. VOLT members will still earn points on their purchases.
Q. Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?
A. Our warehouse and customer service teams are working quickly to get orders out during the Black Friday period, so please double-check your details before placing your order. Due to the high volume of orders, changes may not always be possible once an order has been submitted.

During our early access period, no public announcements or external promotions will be made. Sale details will be shared exclusively with subscribers. The early access period runs from 10:00 AM AEDT, 22 November 2025 to 10:00 AM AEDT, 24 November 2025.
2. Official Sale Launch
The official Light My Bricks Black Friday Sale will open to the general public at 10:00 AM AEDT, 24 November 2025. The sale will run for a limited time as advertised. Light My Bricks reserves the right to change or end the sale at any time without prior notice.
