Monthly Review Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
The competition is promoted by Light My Bricks Pty Ltd (ABN 43 612 480 654).

2. Entrants
Entry to the competition is open to all eligible Light My Bricks customers over the age of 18. In order to qualify as an eligible customer, the participant must have purchased a product via the Light My Bricks website (www.lightmybricks.com.au). This competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies.

3. Time Frame
The competition will open from the the 1st of December, 2017, 10:00AM AEST and the close on 30th of November, 2018, 10:00AM AEST. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.

4. Entries
To enter the competition, entrants must have purchased a Light My Bricks product via the Light My Bricks website (www.lightmybricks.com.au). The entrant must then submit a review of the purchased product on the Light My Bricks website. By submitting a review, an entrant also indicates that they agree to the terms and conditions of this competition.

Entrants may submit more than one entry into the competition. An entry constitutes a product review for an individual Light My Brick product. Only one entry will be accepted per individual product review. If multiple reviews are submitted for a single product, the entrant will only receive a single entry into the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify or to require the entrant to verify, that the entry is the entrant’s original work. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, edit, modify, delete, remove or take-down any part of an entrant’s entry.

Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a disability.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.

5. Costs and expenses
The entrant is responsible for any and all expenses they incur in entering the competition. Entrants will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they with the competition.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winning and may wish to seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash, credit or product and no exchanges are offered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize (or part thereof).

6. Intellectual property
The entrant agrees to provide the Promoter express license to use all intellectual property submitted for promotional or advertising purposes.

7. Responsibility of The Promoter
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, corruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer networks and systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination of them, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

8. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where reasonable suspicion of any unlawful or improper conduct has occurred.

9. Privacy
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is further governed by the Privacy Policy found on the Light My Bricks website.

10. Draw and Notification of winner
The winner will be the first valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions that is drawn by the Promoter by random computer selection at 10:00am AEST on the first Saturday of every month at 14 Bursaria Avenue, Ferntree Gully, VIC, 3156, Australia.

The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the Competition.

The Promoter will publish the name of the winners via the Light My Bricks Facebook page within 48 hours after the final decision has been made.

The Promoter will contact the individual Competition winners via email.

The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

11. Prize on Offer
Individual prize value is $25 of Light My Bricks online store credit. Total prize value is $300 of Light My Bricks online store credit.

Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.

Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
