We understand that sometimes things happen and you may have purchased the product incorrectly/ have a change of mind.
For an item to be eligible for a return it will need to meet the criteria listed in our return instructions:
As long as the return is initiated with customer service and the return is placed in the post within30 daysof receipt of the order confirmation email (or a longer promotional return period, if applicable);
All items must be unused, unopen and in a saleable condition;
All Apparel items (T-shirts, Hoodies & Socks) must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached;
Any item marked as "Final Clearance" is unable to be returned (subject to the Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law); and
Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes and dust bags.
