Light My Bricks light kits are designed for adult LEGO® fans and collectors, and most of our kits are made for LEGO® sets rated 16+. We don't recommend them for young children: the kits contain very small components and fine cabling that can be a choking hazard and aren't suited to little hands. An older child is welcome to take part in the build alongside a supervising adult, but the kits are intended as a display upgrade for adult builders rather than a children's product.

All of our lights are LED lights and do not draw any form of heat. Our products are designed to run continuously.

Light My Bricks offers multiple powering options. We recommend our lights be powered by our USB Power Bank or Wall Adaptor to provide long running power.

The run time of our lights depends on what power source is connected and the number of lights connected. If using our USB Power Bank to power a light kit, the more lights connected, the more power they draw from the Power Bank, therefore the run time will be lower.

Compared to if you have your light kit connected to our USB Wall Adapter and plugged into a wall socket, the lights will continue to run until the USB Wall Adapter is switched off.

Light My Bricks initially collaborated with LEGO® through the LEGO Lead User Lab to create lighting products that complement LEGO® bricks and sets. After the conclusion of the LEGO Lead User Lab, we chose to continue developing our products independently.

Our 2.0 LEGO® lighting components were designed with insights from this collaboration and are made to fit LEGO®-compatible bricks and studs perfectly. However, we are not officially affiliated with LEGO®.
