What Makes the Light My Bricks™ Fantasy Starter Pack So Special?

Designed specifically for LEGO® fantasy-style sets, this Light My Bricks™ starter pack includes a brilliant range of lighting effects that mimic fire, magic, candlelight, and much, much more. Here’s what’s included:

1. Warm White Astro Lights (x4) – Perfect for lamps, ceiling lights, tight or small tricky spaces where a subtle, soft lighting glow is needed.

Attach to the underside of plates..

And they fit perfectly inside any size bricks.

2. Warm White Micro Meteor Lights (x2) – Clip directly onto LEGO® bricks to light up rooms, hallways, or architectural details with even, ambient light.

These strip lights click directly onto LEGO®.

They can also be chained together with multiple belts.

3. Warm White Astro Flicker Effect Lights (x6) – Ideal for torches, lanterns, and candle flames. These lights add a realistic flickering fire effect to your builds.

Perfect for any set that has flames like candles or inside a lantern.

6. Mounting Tethers (x5) – There’s 2x of the 1x6, 2x of the 1x3, and 1x of the 1x2 LEGO®-compatible mounting tether plates.

Use them to secure your docks and manage cable placement.

7. Dock 6 Hubs (x2) – These 2 docks snap directly onto LEGO® pieces and power up to six lights per dock with two power inputs each.

Let's show you how easy it is to light up the LEGO® Medieval Town Square set using our Fantasy Starter Pack.

A Step-by-Step Guide: Lighting Your LEGO® Set

Step 1: Adding Flickering Torches at the Main Entrance

Separate the three sections to access the middle main gate section.

Remove the top level (roof) of the middle section.

Remove the torches from the front of the build.

Take out the torch flames to expose the open stud.

Replace the open stud with a Astro Regular Flicker Effect Warm White (see below).

Add a second open stud piece over the flicker effect light to remount the flame removed earlier.

Thread the cable through the axle hole behind the wall.

The cable is so thin, the bar piece can be easily secured in place.

Step 2: Mount Your Dock Ready for PlugIn

Use a tether to secure a Dock 6 on the inside ceiling.

Clip on the dock.

Plug in both of your flicker effect lights.

Step 3: Illuminating the Upper Floor

Clip a Warm White Micro Meteor Light to the underside of the top floor.

Connect to the dock downstairs.

Run a belt from the dock downstairs to the strip light upstairs.

Step 4: Add Candlelight in Lower Rooms

We brightened up other rooms using additional Warm White Astro lights.

Use a Warm White Astro Regular Light behind the candle flame pieces (where LEDs won’t fit inside).

Fold the cable neatly to keep it hidden. Push the flame piece back in place.

Step 5: Power It All Up

Connect a belt to the second port on the Micro Meteor Light (in the ceiling). This works because there's a belt at each end of the Micro Meteor Light which carries the power through the circuit.

Attach the Flux Converter and plug it into a 5V USB power source.
